Vision
The objective of a Government Law College,
Churu is to provide high-quality legal education that is both
accessible and inexpensive, cultivating a thorough hold of law and justice. The
college aims to cultivate in students a feeling of responsibility,
rational thinking and ethical ideals, educating them to be competent legal
professionals who contribute effectively to society. By emphasizing research,
professional skills, and the principles of law, the college is committed to
establish a community of learners who uphold constitutional values and
work towards peaceful human co-existence.
Mission
Our mission is to establish a leading law college
that promotes students who prioritize research and community service in
addition to pursuing their academic goals. Provide an intellectual and
conducive environment that will encourage students and faculty to endeavour for
and achieve perfection. Our college aims to follow the motto "Dharmo
Rakṣati Rakṣitaḥ (धर्मो रक्षति रक्षितः)" which means
"Dharma protects those who uphold it."
At Government Law College, Churu, we
strive:
(I) To enhance and promote legal knowledge and
research to ensure its appropriate role in national development.
(II) To organize lectures, seminars, and
conferences for dissemination of legal knowledge, and to make law and
legal education effective tools for development of society
(III) To encourage students and
faculty to have a sense of responsibility for serving society by
cultivating skills in advocacy, judicial, and other legal services.
(IV) To promote legal awareness in the wider
community and further the cause of social justice by giving legal assistance to
various sections of society.
(V) To prepare lawyers for the future by developing
legal abilities in fundamental areas such as business law, intellectual
property rights, cyber law, and trade law.
(VI) To encourage undertaking training and
refresher courses for law professors and other individuals involved or
interested in the legal field.
