Government College, Kota is a Higher Educational Institute governed by the State Government Rajasthan. It runs as per rules and regulations made by the Government of Rajasthan. Government College Kota is affiliated to University of Kota, Kota. It offers UG and PG courses in Science (Botany, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics and Zoology). A recent and welcoming addition is Geology for Undergraduate Classes. Our website covers the statutory declaration under Section 4 (1) (b) of RTI Act 2005.

The power and duties of its officers and employees is as per classRSRclass (Rajasthan Service Rules), GF &AR, and MHRD and UGC. classThe Principal classis the head of the institution and performs the duties related to overall administration, monitoring, planning and implementation .classThe teaching faculty classperforms teaching, assessment, professional development and all the other duties as assigned by the Principal. The classOffice staff classhelps in administration, student services, staff records and procedures, accounting and reporting, etc. classThe Library classstaff manages library, maintain records, and handle transactions, procurement and management of stocks. classThe Laboratory staff supports classlaboratory work and maintains laboratories.
