The college was established in the year 1991, by combined efforts by local, educationalists, Public representatives and State Government, Balotra the college started functioning in Jaismal BheemRaj Golecha Senior Secondary School building. Balotra Municipality granted 85 bigha land and 22 lakh rupees for the establishment of the college. Local Donor Mr. Santokchand Chopra donated 55 lakh rupees for the college building remaining amount was provided by the District Collector. The college was transferred to its current spacious building in the year 2000
