Women/Girls Harassment (At Work Place)

Internal Complain Committee

Sexual Harassment Includes:-

• A demand or request for sexual favours.
• Sexually coloured remarks
• Physical contact and advances
• Showing pornography
• Any other unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of sexual nature.

Disciplinary actions:-

• Privileges, such as library access, scholarship, ID card can be revoked;
• They can be suspended for a specific period of time;
• The can be expelled permanently
• Adverse remarks in the Character Certificate.
• Stopping of increments promotion
• Disciplinary action as per RSR.
• Legal action
• Any other relevant mechanism
