INTERNAL COMPLAINTS COMMITTEE ICC: The Internal Complaints Committee was structured as per rules of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013 in 2019-20 in Shri Govind Guru Govt. College according to the direction of Commissionarate, College Education Jaipur Rajasthan. The Policy and Procedure of the Committee.

1. A meeting will soon be proposed once the complaint is filed.
2. The students and staff will be free to register the complaint to any of the committee members.
3. The Complainant will register her complain in writing providing absoluteand essential information within the given time limit as decided by the Committee.
4. The committee will follow Principles of Natural Justice.
5. The Committee will provide the written statement of both the parties.
6. Both the parties will be given equal opportunity to present their case.
7. Both the parties will be permitted to present self verifiedrelevent documents regarding the case.
8. Meeting and proceeding will be done in the presence of both the parties.
9. The minutes of the meeting will be duly signed by the committee members.
10. The committee will try to complete the entire proceedings within fifteen days from the date of filingthe complaint.
11. Committee shall present the report with all the supportive proofs before the Principal
