The Department of College Education, Rajasthan is headed by the Commissioner, College Education, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur. The Commissionerate manages and administers all the government colleges situated in Rajasthan. The Principal works under the general control and administration of the Commissioner of College Education Rajasthan but at the college level he is the head of the institution.  The organizational structure of Shri Govind Guru Govt.
