Grant Sanction and Development Initiatives

• PM-USHA Project Grant: Government College Khinvsar has been sanctioned a substantial grant of ₹5 crore under the PM-USHA project, Component-3. This funding is dedicated to enhancing the college's infrastructure, academic resources, and overall educational environment, fostering a higher standard of learning and research.

 

Accreditation and Quality Assurance

• NAAC Accreditation: Demonstrating a commitment to academic excellence and continuous improvement, Government College Khinvsar has recently applied for NAAC Assessment and Accreditation (A&A). The college has successfully submitted the Institutional Information for Quality Assessment (IIQA), marking a significant step towards gaining recognition for its quality education and institutional effectiveness.

 

Academic Programs and Expansion

• Postgraduate Courses: In 2022, the college introduced its first postgraduate course in History,  Following this, the college has further expanded its postgraduate programs with the addition of courses in Hindi Literature, Geography, and Political Science. These programs were introduced after the establishment of the college in 2016, reflecting a rapid growth in academic diversity and depth.

 

Student and Community Engagement

• National Service Scheme (NSS): Government College Khinvsar proudly hosts one wing of the National Service Scheme (NSS), encouraging students to participate in community service activities, develop leadership skills, and foster a sense of social responsibility.
