SBRM Govt. College, Nagaur is committed to ensuring a safe, secure, and inclusive academic environment.
The college strictly follows the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013.

⚖️ Role of Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)

The ICC is the statutory body responsible for addressing and redressing complaints of sexual harassment at the college level.

Composition of ICC (as per Act, 2013):

•  Presiding Officer: A senior woman employee
•  Two faculty members with experience in social work/legal knowledge
•  One member from an NGO or women’s rights association
•  At least 50% women members
•  Three elected student representatives
•  Two non-teaching staff members

 The committee serves for a 3-year tenure, with provision for rotational membership every year.
