GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

Government College Kota is always willing to provide an avenue for the aggrieved students to redressed their individual complaints in order to prevail a healthy atmosphere between the various stakeholders of the college, for which the college has a student’s Grievance Redressal mechanism, which is taken care by the Grievance Redressal Committee(GRC). The Committee is empowered to look into the complaints lodge by the students. The grievance should be genuine and must be presented personally, which is to be checked by the committee. It a student is unwilling to present personally it should be sent in writing or via e mail to the officer in charge of Grievance Redressal Committee or Principal.
Among the objectives of the GRC are to develop a responsive and accountable procedure to ensure the redressal and Encouraging the students to express their grievance or problems without any kind of fear. A suggestion or complaint box is also installed at a prime location of administrative block in which anonymous grievances of general kind and suggestions regarding improvement of the system may be dropped in writing.
The GRC will act upon the grievances which are received with proper documentation. However the GRC will take up only those matters which have not been solved by the concerning departments or cells.
