DEPARTMENT OF CHEMISTRY

The chemistry department was first established in 1955 to fulfil the needs of industrial city Kota. The department is having about 40% of the total faculty members of the institution and hence biggest contributor in not only academic work load but in research and other administrative tasks of the institution. This also give the department huge responsibility to have largest share of infrastructural resources. There are separate Laboratories for not only Undergraduate and Post Graduate Classes but also for different stream of the subject i.e. Organic, Inorganic and Physical chemistry too. DST-FIST sponsored laboratory of the department is a Gem for the college. Unquestionably this lab gave the unmatched facilities to the students, researchers and teacher to carry on their scholarly works.
