Seth Shri Roopchand Bhansali family, well known for it’s charity, donated Rs 61 lakhs for the establishment of this college which is named for the patriarch and the matriarch of the family. Initially the college started functioning in Seth Mukanchand Balia school with 139 student’s in the year 1995-96 .
