STATUTORY DECLARATION UNDER THE RIGHT TO   INFORMATION (RTI) ACT

Aai Mata Government Girls College, Sojat city is a Higher Educational Institute governed by the State Government of Rajasthan. It runs as per rules and regulations made by the Government of Rajasthan.

Aai Mata Government Girls College, Sojat city is affiliated with JAI NARAIN VYAS UNIVERSITY, JODHPUR. It offers UG course in Arts, Our website covers the statutory declaration under Section 4 (1) (b) of the RTI Act 2005.

Our Duties

The power and duties of its officers and employees are as per RSR (Rajasthan Service Rules), GF & AR, and MHRD and UGC. The Principal is the head of the institution and performs the duties related to overall administration, monitoring, planning, and implementation. The teaching faculty performs teaching, assessment, professional development, and all the other duties as assigned by the Principal.

The Office staff helps in administration, student services, staff records and procedures, accounting and reporting, etc. The Library staff manages the library, maintains records, and handles transactions, procurement, and management of stocks. The Laboratory staff supports laboratory work and maintains laboratories.

The College has different committees, administrative committees, co-curricular committees, and extra-curricular committees for the smooth functioning of the college. 

All information about the college under Section 4 (1) (b) of RTI Act 2005 is open to the public and can be obtained by any citizen of India.
