Our Duties
The power and duties of its officers and employees are as per RSR (Rajasthan Service Rules), GF & AR, MHRD and UGC. The Principal is the head of the institution and performs the duties related to overall administration, monitoring, planning and implementation. The teaching faculty performs teaching, assessment, professional development and all the other duties as assigned by the Principal. The Office staff helps in administration, student services, maintenance of staff records and procedures, accounting and reporting, etc. The Library committee manages library, maintain records, and handle transactions, procurement and management of books. The Laboratory staff supports laboratory work and maintains laboratories.

The College is entirely governed by the Higher Education Department, Government of Rajasthan. Accordingly, it runs as per rules and regulations professed by the Government of Rajasthan. Code of conduct of the services of all the permanent employees of the College is regulated completely by the Rajasthan Service Rules of the Government of Rajasthan. The College has different academic and administrative committees maintain all types of disciplines in the campus and to execute all other academic and administrative assignments. All the cells/committees/units of the institution are under the purview of statutory bodies and come under section 4(1) (b) of RTI Act, 2005. The applications submitted under the RTI Act along with a postal order/demand draft for Rs.100.00 obtained in favour of the Principal, Government College, will be properly responded in time. All information about the college under Section 4 (1) (b) of RTI Act, 2005 is open to the public and it can be obtained by any citizen of india.
