INTRODUCTION

  The foundation stone of the college was laid down on 5th July, 1995. The name of the College was also drawn from the name of Mata Bibirani Temple whose blessings made this possible. The place which is about 50 km from historic city of Alwar rests in the lap of nature surrounding extremely beautiful and charming landscape. It is located in Ikrotia Village of Tehsil Kotkasim (District Alwar). The college was recognition of consensus reached among the population of the region which manifested the vision and importance of higher education duly respected and granted by our towering leader shri Bharonsingh Shekhawat who was Chief Minister of Rajasthan at the time.
