To promote transparency, accountability, and responsiveness, a complaint box has been installed outside the Principal Office at Government Commerce College, Alwar. This facility provides students, staff, and visitors a convenient and confidential way to submit grievances, suggestions, or feedback regarding academic, administrative, or infrastructural matters. All submissions are reviewed regularly by the grievance redressal committee, and necessary actions are taken in a time-bound manner, ensuring a healthy and inclusive environment within the campus.
