Employment Workshop

Two day employment workshop cum job fair was orgainsed jointly by Employment Cell and Innovation Cell of the college in collaboration with Department of Skill, Employment and Entrepreneurship. Two students were hired on the spot by Hilton Group of Hotels

Visit to Hilton Hotel

One Day visit to Hilton Group of Hotels was held under the aegis of Employment Cell. Students observed various operations of the hotel industry including front desk, record keeping, laudary, house keeping, purchasing etc. It gave them exposure of this industry. 

Session on Mental Health Awareness

A fruitful session on mental health was held by Innovation and Special Education Committee.

Mahila Niti Lecture

In Mahila Niti lecture series a lecture on Dowry Act 1986 was conducted on 15th november 2025

Innovation Cell Educational Toural Tour

Under the aegis of Innovation Cell students visited Govt. Women Polytechnic College on 15.11.25. They enjoyed the art exhibition SKILLSCAP of hand made products designed by the students.

150 years of Vande Matram

On the auspicious occasion of 150 years of National Song a series of events were conducted till 26th November.

Bhamashah Samman

Bhamashsh Smt. Manju Devi Somani ji was felicitated by the college on 11-11-2025 for her generous contribution  of Projector-Screen-speaker for the learning of Deaf and Dumb students.

Human Rights Day Celebration

Lokayukt and Human Rights committee celebrated Human Rights Day (10 12 2025) on 11th Dec 2025. 

National Sports Day Celebration

From 29th-31st August 2025, Sports day was celebrated. Indoor games and  Essay writing competition were conducted.

Hindi Diwas 2025 Celebration

On 13th september 2025 (saturday) Hindi Diwas was jointly celebrated by department of hindi and literary committee . Kavita Lekhan v Nibandh Lekhan competitions were held. Students gave overwhelming response and winners were given prizes.

Independence Day Celebration

Independence  day was celebrated with great fervour on 15th August 2025. The journey  of 78 glorious years of Independence were reviewed with pride and a sense of responsibility. 

Lecture on NEP

Very fruitful lecture on National Education Policy 2020 was delivered by Prof. Vivek Mundot (Convener IT Cell, Commissionerate College Education, Rajsthan, Jaipur) on 1st Aug. 2025.

Mahila Niti-Lecture

In continuation of lecture series, a lecture on nutrition and women's wellbeing was held under Mahila Niti.

Guru Vandan 2025

Under the aegis of ABRSM Guru Vandan Celebration took place on 19.07.25. Prof. Om Prakash Pareek was the chief guest for this occasion.

International Yoga Day Celebration

11th international yoga day was celebrated on 21st June 2025 with great enthusiasm. The theme was "Yoga for one earth, one health."

Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam

Under the mission EK PED MAA KE NAAM Plantation was done  on 5.7.25 both by faculty members and students.

Mahilaniti Vyakhaan Mala

A series of lectures on Agriculture and Skill Development was held on 27.11.24

Rashtriya Divyang Diwas

Rashtriya Divyang Diwas was celebrated on 3.12.24

Educational Tour

Under the aegis of Innovation Cell and Placement Cell an educational tour of Govt. Women Polytechnic college was done by the students of Govt. College for Deaf and Dumb. 

Workshop on Yoga and Beauty Culture

Under the aegis of Innovation and Placement Cell a workshop on Yoga and Beauty Culture took place. Faculty and trainers were from women polytechnic college.

Gandhi Jayanti Celebration

Gandhi Jayanti and Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Jayanti was celebrated under the aegis of Cultural committee and Gandhi Study Center Committee. 

International Sports Week Celebration

International Sports Day was exuberantly celebrated from 27.08.24 to 31.08.24. Various games and sports like carom, chess, lemon race, toffee race, rope jumping and rumaal jhapatta were played.

Har Ghar Tiranga

Har Ghar Tiranga was celebrated enthusiastically. 

Visit to Space exhibition

Under the aegis of Innovation and Special education cell, students were taken to Space exhibition, at JKK, Jaipur. Space exploration and Space quiz were some of the highlights of this exhibition. Students won prizes in quiz as well.

Hariyalo Rajasthan Program

Hariyalo Rajsthan (Ek Peid Maa ke Naam) Program was celebrated on 7th August 2024 on the occasion of Hariyali Teej. Teaching and Non Teaching staff, students everybody planted trees.

Republic Day Celebration

On 26th January Republic Day was celebrated with enthusiasm.

Shri Ram Antriksh Vedhshaka Utsav

Shri Ram Antriksh Vedhshala Utsav is being celebrated. On 9th Feb 2024, Costume Round based on Shri Ram Pran Prtishttha, Vrikshropan and Sanjeevni Parvat was held at Govt. Deaf and Dumb College, Jaipur.

Cultural and Literary Week Celebration

Various competitions such as Solo dance, Extempore, Short Play and Essay Writing  were held under the aegis of Cultural and Literary Committee. winners were rewarded.

Sports Week Celebration

Sports week (08.01.24 to 13.01.24) in Govt. Deaf and Dumb College was celebrated with energy and enthusiasm. Various indoor games like chess, carrom, Table Tennis etc took place.Winners were felicitated.

Women Cell Mahila Niti 2023-24 Activities

Under the aegis of women cell/Mahila Niti 2023-24, various activities and competitions will be conducted from 14th Dec 2023 to 16th Dec 2023. The inaugural session took place on 14.12.23.

World Youth Day Celebration

World Youth Day was enthusiastically  celebrated on 12th August 2023.

Attention : As per new guidelines of University of Rajasthan, Mid Term Examinations for first semester of B.A. Part I will take place on 30th Nov. 2023 and 1st Dec. 2023. All the regular students of B. A. Part Ist must appear in the Examination.
