Govt. College Gogunda is a newly established (2016) co-educational college presently running undergraduate Arts courses. The college offers seven optional subjects ( Hindi Literature., English Literature, History, Geography, Political Science, Home Science and Sanskrit) . There are about 600 students studying in the college, mostly are from lower socio-economic background.
