PLACEMENT CELL

 

The Placement cell of Shri Radheshyam R. Morarka Govt. College, Jhunjhunu works for updating the students for upcoming vacancies and employment opportunities available for them. Students are encouraged to apply for short vocational courses with thier academic studies. The Placement Cell is important in locating job opportunities for Undergraduates and Postgraduates graduating from the institution by establishing communication with prestigious firms and industrial establishments. The Placement Cell is open all year to make connections between companies and graduates. The number of students appointed through interviews and job is steadily increasing. Many reputable industries come to the institute on invitation to conduct the survey. College has a working collaboration with District Employment office, which provide short market oriented training courses. The College arranges for lecture sessions to prepare students to face interviews, to improve their communication skills and in resume writing. Placement cell also maintains records for students who cleared various national and state level examinations.

Objectives-

• Developing the students to meet the Industries recruitment process
• To motivate students to develop Technical knowledge and soft skills in terms of career planning, goal setting
• To motivate students aspire for higher studies and guiding them to take competitive exams.
• Aiming to Place the maximum number of students through campus & off-campus interviews conducted by the top companies
