The Department of College Education, Rajasthan is headed by the Commissioner, College Education, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur. The Commissionerate manages and administers the government colleges. The Principal works under the general control and administration of the Commissioner of College Education but at the college level he is the head of the institution.  The organizational structure of the Seth RL Saharia Government PG College Kaladera, Jaipur is shown in the chart.
