Khamnor is situated 16 km. away from Nathdwara, Rajsamand. A place of immense historic interest where the fierce battle between Maharana Pratap and the Mughal emperor Akbar was fought. The battle field is comprises a narrow pass known as Haldighati. At this historical place, Government college Khamnor, started from the session 2021-22 with two sections in Arts having seven optional subject ie Hindi Lit, English Lit, History, Geography, Economics, Public Adm and Home Sc are sanctioned.
