STATUTORY DECLARATION UNDER RTI ACT

Government College, Kolayat, Bikaner is a higher educational institute governed by the State Government of Rajasthan. It runs as per rules and regulations made by the Govt. of Rajasthan and UGC. The College is affiliated to Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner offering UG in Arts,science and PG courses in 2 arts subjects Hindi and History. The website covers the statutory declaration under Section 4 (1) (b) of RTI Act 2005. The power and duties of its officers and employees is as per RSR (Rajasthan Service Rules), GF &AR, and MHRD and UGC. The College has different committees, administrative committees, cocurricular committees and extra-curricular committees to maintain discipline and smooth functioning of the college. 

The College’s financial transactions are audited. The applications under the RTI Act along with a postal order/demand draft for Rs.10.00 can be obtained in favor of Principal, Government College, Kolayat (Bikaner). The application may be sent to the Public Information Officer (PIO) or handed over in his/her office. All information about the college under Section 4 (1) (b) of RTI Act 2005 is open for public and can be obtained by a citizen of India.
