        Government College, Mangrol was established in the year 2016. Mangrol is one of the 8 tehsils of Baran district in Rajasthan. Mangrol is a semi-urban area, widely known for Ramgarh Crater and the 11th century rock temples of Bhand Devra . Mangrol is also famous for terrycot and khadi production. This college is located at Itawah Road, Mangrol which is about 02 kms from tehsil head-quarters and about 30 kms from the district head-quarters i.e. Baran. This college is affiliated to University of Kota,Kota and follows the rules and regulation set by University Grants Commission/Department of Higher Education,Rajasthan. Being a government college, it is functioning under the Government of Rajasthan through the Department of College Education, Ministry of Higher Education, implemented in letter and spirit in the college.
