Particulars functions and duties of the department:
Govt. College Masuda (Beawar) is a higher educational institute (HEI) governed by the state government of Rajasthan. It
runs as per the rules and regulations of government of Rajasthan and is affiliated to MDSU university Ajmer. The college
offers UG courses in faculty of Arts. Our website covers the statutory declaration under section 4(1)(b) of RTI Act 2005.

Section 4(1)(b)(II)-

Powers and duties of the Office and employees:
The power and duties of its officers and employees is as per RSR, GF and AR, MHRD and UGC.

Section 4(1)(b)(III)-

Procedure followed to take a decision on various matters:
In the functioning of the college, decisions in various matters are taken at various levels depending as the procedures laid
down under various ordinances, rules and regulations of the govt. of Rajasthan.


Section 4 (1) (b)(IV) -


Norms set by the department for the discharge of its functions:
The principal leads the institution and perform the duties related to adminstration, monitoring planning and
implementation. Faculty members are responsible for teaching, evaluating students and participating in academic
development. They also carry out tasks assigned by the principal. The office staff supports administrative work, manages
student-related services, maintains records, and handles accounts and reports.

various statutory bodies of the colleges such as the governing body include respected individuals from society and public
representatives who are directly involved in the colleges affairs.

The pay scales of various teaching and non-teaching staff are as prescribed by the govt. Of Rajasthan and records are
maintained by account cell of the college.
