LABS & SMART CLASSES

The college boasts 13 practical laboratories dedicated to undergraduate and postgraduate programs across all science departments. These labs serve as crucial spaces where theoretical concepts learned from textbooks are translated into practical understanding. By actively engaging in processes and experiments, students gain hands-on experience and insight into how actions lead to reactions, fostering a deeper comprehension of scientific principles.

As McKeachie aptly stated regarding laboratory teaching:

"Laboratory teaching assumes that first-hand experience in observation and manipulation of the materials of science is superior to other methods of developing understanding and appreciation. Laboratory training is also frequently used to develop skills necessary for more advanced study or research."

Smart Room And Digital Language Lab- 

The college is equipped with two smart classrooms and a language laboratory featuring advanced digital infrastructure. Teaching materials such as e-content, flowcharts, drawings, and PowerPoint presentations are systematically preserved for future reference, ensuring they can be accessed as needed. Students are encouraged to actively participate in their learning process by delivering presentations using whiteboards, fostering engagement and confidence.

The language lab is a dedicated space designed to assist students, particularly those lacking confidence in English or other languages. Equipped with audio-visual resources, the lab provides an interactive environment for language learning. It allows teachers to manage and monitor student audio inputs, delivered through individual headsets or isolated sound booths.

Language lab sessions are dynamic and engaging, including activities such as word games, quizzes, and lessons on grammar and phonetics. Both verbal and digital methods are employed to enhance students' language skills, ensuring comprehensive development. The lab is an invaluable resource for improving communication skills and building linguistic proficiency.
