30.    Details of Infrastructural facilities -

         a)  Library - Department library is available in central library of the college and INFLIBNET facilities provide to students in computer lab.

 

b)   Internet facilities for Staff and Students are provided by the department using  5 computers with internet connection.

 

  1. )  Class rooms with ICT facility - Well equipped laboratories with 5 computers and internet connectivity.

d)  Laboratories - The Department has 1 UG General Lab, 1 UG Lab for electronics, 1 optical Lab, 1 Computer Lab and 1 Staff Room. The department contains equipments like three Cathode Ray Oscilloscopes (CRO), Geiger-Muller Counters (01), function generators (05), computers (04), digital timer, logic gates, and spectrometer (04), iodine spectrum set including etalon, Newton ring apparatus, grating, LCR, transistors, FET,  four probe apparatus, polarimeter etc.

The Department has a well equipped UG lab where demonstration of experiments with concept is performed using aids like internet and  lab tutorials.
