HISTORY

Government College Newai was established by the State Government in 2013 to cater to the needs of quality higher education of the students of rural areas at low cost. The college is situated on NH-52 at Newai town in Tonk district. It is a co-educational institution and offers courses in Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) and Bachelor of Science (Biology) streams. Since 2022 the Institution has been upgraded to the Post Graduate level and offers PG Programme in History and Geography subjects. The College is affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer.
