SLOW LEARNERS AND ADVANCE LEARNERS

Institute has always believed in age long tradition of our education system called the ‘Guru Shishya parampara’. Teachers maintain one to one relationship with its students. They keep a close watch on students’ progress and learning abilities.  This helps them to identify the slow learners, which allows them to design measures and methods for betterment and upliftment of such students. Such students are given personal attention and separate classes are conducted for them in addition to the regular classes. Faculty members also suggest best Reference books and share video links on various topics. As a matter of fact videos prepared by individual members are uploaded from time to time on WhatsApp and college website.

All the faculty members organise regular class test.Test papers are thoroughly assessed and the performance of each student is thereafter analysed.Students are then categorised on the basis of their performance.Those who donot perform well are taken care of by the faculty.Extra and remedial classes are organised for slow learners.These efforts have a marked effect on the students performance which is reflected in the annual university examination.Customised teacher student interaction are done on a regular basis.As a mattar of fact faculty members stay in constant touch with the parents of such slow learners.
