PERSPECTIVE PLAN

 

7.3.2 - Plan of action for the next academic year 2023-24

Numerous plans have been laid down by the IQAC team to be

implemented during the year 2023-24.

1. To install solar panels which would bring a relief to curtail power cuts during the session specially during examination.

2. Renew the water recharge system so that waste water can be collected and used for irrigating the plants

3. Enhance the green cover, planting more medicinal and fruit trees. The College Committee for the Green audit is formed and the work for that is in progress and will be completed in the coming session.

4.MOU with the post Graduate Institute is in progress and we

hope to complete them in the year 2023-24.

5. The Aumni Association have been registered . The work is in progress.

6. To organize National/ International Conferences onon Research Methodology, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and

entrepreneurship.

7. The Institute is working to offera multidisciplinary flexible curriculum that enables multiple entry and exits at the end of 1st, 2nd and 3rd years of undergraduate education while maintaining the rigor of learning.

Perspective plan for 2022-23

A proposal for solar panels of 10 KW is to be prepared and resources generated to install the same, this would bring a relief to curtail power cuts during the session specially during examination. 2. Renew the water recharge system so that waste water can be collected and used for irrigating the plants

3. Enhance the green cover, planting more medicinal and fruit trees.

 4. Continuous meetings of IQAC to promote Quality Assurance in academics and infrastructure.

 5. More efficient online lectures to be prepared their compilation and utilisation to be done for the benefit of the students.

 6.The College Committee for the Green audit is formed and the work for that is in progress and will be completed in the coming session.

7. MOU with the two post Graduate Institute and other IT institutes of Rajasthan State is in progress and we hope to complete them in the year 2022-23.

1. 3. Enhance the green cover, planting more medicinal and fruiting trees. Anandam the course started during the year 2020-21 to bring about happiness in the overall society after dampening spirits due to covid-19 is to be implemented in full swing.

4. Continuous meetings of IQAC to promote Quality Assurance in academics and infrastructure. 5. More efficient online lectures to be prepared their compilation and utilisation to be done for the benefit of the Students.

Perspective plan for 2020-21

B.B.D GOVT.COLLEGE CHIMANPURA (SHAHPURA), JAIPUR Future Plans of Action for next academic year

The prime aim of the institution is to develop itself into a center of excellence in all aspects. The IQAC member have been carrying out healthy discussions with staff students all-round the year to identify its strengths weaknesses in teaching learning processes quality enhancement initiatives. On the bases of the feedback obtained from various sources the future plan of action has been framed which is as follows.

1. The prime aim of the institute is to seek best grades in the 2nd cycle of accreditation.

 2. The college aims to stimulate the academic environment for promotion of quality in teaching learning more more faculty members will incorporate use of ICT tools in their classroom teaching. The entire campus is proposed to be Wi-Fi enabled.

 3. The green campus drive well be extended to a wider area and the Maintenance of the green areas will be strictly monitored.

 4. Two water tanks are to be constructed one each in the Academic section Agriculture Department which will be accomplished with powerful motor connections etc. so as to get a 247 supply of water in the entire campus.

5. The college – canteen is to be made functional.

6. The student feedback system has to be made more effective which would enable the institute to provide a more learner centric environment conducive to quality eduction.

7. Development and Maintenance of complete institutional Database through MIS for the purpose of enhancing the institutional quality.

8. The construction of Disabled friendly washroom and 2 ramps at the entrances of the college is to be done.

9. More workshops / seminar well be conducted for the purpose of sensitization of students and employees of the institution to the constitutional values, rights, duties and responsibilities of citizens.

10. Construction of sulabh complex in the main campus is proposed for girls as an additional facility to ensure their safety security.

11. The existing rain water harvesting system will be made more effective by regular maintenance. 12. Channel Gates will be installed at the staircases so as to ensure security of the entire building

Perspective plan for 2019-20

Future plan of action for the next academic year 2018-19 The next academic year is proposed as a year to develop the institute as a premium Institute imparting quality education with a good accreditation score. On the basis of continuous deliberations, discussions and observations a strategic plan has been laid down by the I.Q A C. members. The proposed activities are as follows-

 1 In order to enhance the quality of teaching and learning in the college the focus would be laid on the e-learning along with classroom teaching. The development of ICT lab and smart classroom would be made use of to promote newer development / technique to decipher education.

2 Workshops / Seminars will be conducted to share knowledge and development in the field of science and technology. Also workshops to sensitize the students and faculty about their constitutional rights and duties and responsibilities as Indian citizens are proposed.

3 Skill development courses initiated by the government are to be implemented emphatically so as to improve the employability of the pupils.

4 Free coaching classes will be organized for the students from rural background.

 5 Effective implementation of government schemes like Dishari Yojana and Upper app for the benefit of students, enhancing their general awareness and general studies aptitude.

 6 Scholarship schemes by various Government and non-government organizations will be promoted to bring about the underprivileged to join the mainstream and achieve higher education with financial support.

 7 Making the newly constructed canteen fully functional by inviting tenders for providing healthy, cheap and delicious snacks available for the student and faculty in the college.

8 Green campus drive will be extended in the vast area available behind the main college building and around the newly constructed theatre. A dense plantation is planned for the same.

9 Sports are the integral part of the development of a student hence plans are being made to strengthen the sports facilities available in the college in the next academic session. The much-needed basketball court and gymnasium is planned for the benefit of students.

 10 Maintenance of the existing infrastructure furniture for students and faculty and building repair will be taken up proactively.

11 The construction of washrooms for the specially abled students and construction of ramps for their convenience is also proposed.

12 Meetings of IQ AC will be organised frequently to critically analyse the development work in progress and to work towards timely completion /implemention of the laid down plan.
