Vision :The college was esatablished in the rural area of Jaipur district in 1977 with the vision of education for everyone and upliftment of socio economic status of rural masses and being
committed to excellence in education it provides a scholarly environment which enables students to make lasting contribution to the advancement of knowledge with a vision of a better future.
Mission To provide quality education in Science, Commerce and Agriculture streams , empowering students to fulfill academic and professional passion.
-To equip students for the role of future leaders of their field, time to time, different seminars, workshops and many other key activities are conducted as per the the guidelines of College Education Commissonerate and different other schemes, where participation of faculty, staff and students helps to create a better academic environment.
-To facilitate the smoother function of institute, to make it a better academic place, many committees such as administration, admission, curriculum development, sports etc. hold a major position in college development and all faculty members equally contribute and even hold many other responsibilities.
Nature of governance: The college works for Commisionarate, College Education with Commissioner as head for all colleges of Rajasthan. At college level, Principal distributes and supervises the work to teaching and non teaching faculty. There are four streams in college Agriculture, Education, Commerce& Science, among non teaching establishment, accounts and academic section carry out various work and responsibilities. The heads of all departments and section are responsible for the activities of their departments. The performance of every staff member is appraised by the Principal every year through Annual Confidential Report(ACR).
Perspective Plans:The administration policies are planned by the Principal according to the directions of the directorate.
Teacher’s Participation:.
-In the institution there is decentralization of powers assigned for the smooth working and cordial atmosphere in the campus. The head of the institution nominates one faculty member as a convener, who holds the meeting with other committee members. In the meeting all pros and cons for the completion of the activity are discussed and responsibilities are distributed amongst the committee members.
-The institution is of the view that students must get the opportunity and exposure to learn the management of various activities. Leadership qualities be also developed amongst them is another major criterion. To achieve the goals, students are nominated in the committees to assist the faculty members and learn organizing various activities. This also helps to develop team behaviour.
-In sports activities,students are assigned work to get the lining of track demarcated under the supervision of an able PTI, to understand play fields,athletic tracks, field areas of the game and other basics.
In cultural activities, students are assigned work to decorate stage, preparation and distribution of judgment sheets under the supervision of faculty in charge. After the completion of activities, a report written by the team committee convener is submitted to the head of the institution.
On the basis of reports submitted by the various committee conveners, head of the institution prepares annual reportof the institution. This annual report is read by the head of the institution in annual function
