RTI:- (Right to Information)

Right to Information Act 2005:- RTI stands for Right to Information and has been given the status of a fundamental right under the article 19(1) of the constitution. Right to Information Act empowers every citizen to seek any information, take,  notes, extracts or certified copies of documents or records, take centified samples of material.

The main objective is to provide comprehensive accurate and authentic information on implementation of right to information act 2005 in system of government in Rajasthan.

 

The college is affiliated with Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner. The college is committed to upholding transparency and accountability, as mandated by the Right to Information Act 2005, under Section 4(1)(b).

Our institution strictly adheres to Rajasthan Service Rules (RSR), General Financial and Accounts Rules (GF and AR), as well as the guidelines established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) and the University Grants Commission (UGC). We are dedicated to ensuring the empowerment and duties of officers and employees in accordance with these regulations."
