CODE OF CONDUCT FOR TEACHING AND NON-TEACHING STAFF
• Being the employee of the Govt. of Rajasthan, every employee of the college is advised to abide by the ‘Government Rules & Policies’ i.e. Rajasthan Service Rules.
• Each employee shall be devoted and honest towards his/her duty exhibiting utmost loyalty and sincerity towards the best interests of the College.
• Each employee shall be impartial and friendly in his/her interactions with the students. • Each employee shall take prior permission for availing any leave.
• Teaching being a noble profession it is expected of each teacher to uphold the honour and dignity of the profession.
• Being committed to provide quality education to its students, the college expects that each teacher shall act as a counsellors and facilitator to mentor the students.
• Each employee is essentially required to observe the scheduled working hours. He/she shall be punctual in attendance in respect of the work assigned to him/her.
