INTRODUCTION

  महाविद्यालय एक परिचय

 
1.यह महाविद्यालय झुझुनूं जिले का पहला राजकीय महिला महाविद्यालय है।

2.इसकी स्थापना जुलाई 1999 में की गई थी l

3.यह महाविद्यालय 2007 से यू.जी.सी. की धारा 2एफ एवं 12 बी के अंतर्गत संबद्ध है।

4.जुलाई 1999 से जुलाई 2003 तक यह महाविद्यालय जे.के.मोदी राजकीय सीनियर सैकण्डरी स्कूल झुझुनूं के छात्रावास भवन में     संचालित किया गया ​था। 

5.जुलाई 2003 में तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री  ने नवनिर्मित भवन का लोकार्पण किया।

6.महाविद्यालय भवन का निर्माण सेठ नेतराम मघराज टीबडेवाल टस्ट के द्वारा एक करोड इकतीस लाख रूपये लगाकर  किया गया था।

7.प्रारम्भ मे इस महाविद्यालय में कला एवं वाण्ज्यि संकाय में कक्षएं स्वीकृत की गई थी।

8.जुलाई 2008 में स्ववित्तपोषी योजनान्तर्गत विज्ञान संकाय स्वीकृत किया गया।

9.सितम्बर 2010 में राज्य सरकार द्वारा विज्ञान संकाय राज्याधीन कर लिया गया था।

10.वर्तमान में इस महाविद्यालय में लगभग 1400 छात्राएं विभिन्न संकायों में अध्ययनरत हैं।

11.इस महाविद्यालय में विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग द्वारा स्वीकृत रूपये 27 लाख 50 हजार से पुस्तकालय भवन का निर्माण कार्य       करवाया एवं रूपये स्वीकृत रूपये 80 लाख से छात्रावास भवन का निर्माण कार्य करवाया जा रहा  है।                        

                                           Introduction of College

         The educational scenario of the district had been very prosperous since ages. The businessmen of the district had been much conscious in spreading the rays of knowledge to the masses. The Poddar Inter College was the first educational institute established in the year 1921 with the name “Brahmcharya Ashram”. The Birlas of Pilani established Birla Institute of Technology and science at Pilani. Similarly Dalamias of Chirawa, Kanorias of Mukundgarh, Poddars, Sekhsarias and Morarkas of Nawalgarh, kedias of Binjusar, Singhanias of Singhana, and Piramals of bagar did a lot to promote school and Higher Education in the district. Jhunjhunu has done a pioneer job in promoting women Education. Ardawata Girls College and B.Ed. College is one of the oldest centres of Higher Education for Girls. From the very beginning Chirana has been a reputed centre of Sanskrit Education. Jhunjhunu is one of the leading districts of Rajasthan in the fields of Education, Entrepreneurship, Arts, Sports and Games as well as this district also holds the honour to have highest number of soldiers in Indian army.

        Our college “Seth Netram Maghraj Tibrewala Govt. Girls College” is the first govt college established in july 1999 at the district headquarters. The magnificent building of the college was build by Seth Netram Maghraj Tibrewala Trust and it was handed over to the Government of Rajasthan along with 21 bighas of land under the college by the trust. In the beginning the college had only arts and commerce faculty and latter on the faculty of science was also started in the year 2008. So far it is a degree college with a student strength of one thousand and four hundred. It is hoped that the college will be soon raised to the P.G. level as efforts are being made in this direction for it is the only govt. girls college of the district. The building of the college has an imperial height and royal look with trees and lush green lawns. Recently our college has got a splendid library building built by the U.G.C. grant- in- aid given to the college in the 11th plan. A grant of rupees 80 lakhs has also been sanctioned by the U.G.C. to build a college girls hostel. The construction for the hostel has been started and is on full swing.
