Rajgarh Tehsil of Churu district has total population of 362,582 as per the Census 2011. Out of which 188,693 are males while 173,889 are females. In 2011 there were total 67,817 families residing in Rajgarh Tehsil. The Average Sex Ratio of Rajgarh Tehsil is 922.As per Census 2011 out of total population, 16.3% people lives in Urban areas while 83.7% lives in the Rural areas. The average literacy rate in urban areas is 72.7% while that in the rural areas is 68.4%. Also the Sex Ratio of Urban areas in Rajgarh Tehsil is 927 while that of Rural areas is 920.Government Girls College Rajgarh (Churu) is established by one of the ambitious plans of the Government of  Rajasthan in the field of women empowerment. It is established in 2019 and is running in the makeshift building of school education (Shree Phool Chand Rajgarhiya School), in the heart of the historical/heritage city of Rajgarh, tehsil of Churu district.
