RED RIBBON CLUB

The Red Ribbon Club is internationally recognized as a symbol of the struggle against HIV/AIDS. It is a symbol of Solidarity and a Commitment to the fight against HIV/AIDS. Since its inception in the College, the RED RIBBON CLUB unit has carried out wide range of activities and training programs like Blood Donation Camps, Awareness sessions on AIDS and Blood donation through rallies, Nukkad Natak etc. RRC empowers students in the age group of 17-25, by giving them information and life skills to protect themselves from HIV/AIDS by changing the most active among them into peer educators.

Road Safety Club is functioning in the college with the aim to create awareness among students about the traffic rules and to avoid road accidents. The staff and the students play important role to motivate people towards road safety measures to be adopted while travelling/walking on the road under the program "Road Safety Campaign".
