Introduction & History
Govt. Law College, Sri Ganganagar started in 1979 in the form of department of law as a part of the Govt. P.G. College now Dr. Bhim Rao Ambdekar Govt. College, Sri Ganganganar.
As according to the direction of the state Govt. this department of law was elevated as on independent law college in June 2005 in accordance with the norms of the Bar Council of India. The College is also enlisted under section 2(f) of the UGC act 1956.
The Law college has attained independent identity after Projecting a building in 2013 on Hindumal Kot road (near teen puli), Sri Ganganagar.
Since this it carries pre-eminent reputation for excellence in the field of legal education. (Since its inception the institution is imparting legal education to the students of semi-urban and rural area under nominal admission bris and charges.)
The institution has been successfully running three years LL.B. course on 120 seats and LL.M. Course on 40 seats per year duly approved by Bar Council of India, New Delhi.
Presently boys and girls of the suburban areas of Rajasthan, Haryana & Punjab.
The eminent faculties are generously giving their valuable guidance to the law students and regularly upgrade themselves to enrich the teaching, research and various other extra co-curricular activities.
The college implements the university curriculum holistically with value addition among the student.
