PRINCIPAL MESSAGE

Dear Students,

        I am glad to invite you to the Giggest College of Law in the Shekhawati region. Govt. P.G. Law College, Sikar Situated in the heart of Shekhawati belt in which the students from the Sikar, Jhunjhunu, Churu, Nagour and Jaipur districts come to attain quality legal education.  At present the College is imparting education in LL.B. 3 Years, Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws and LL.M. (Under Self – Finciance Scheme) since 2015-16

       Govt. Law College came into existence in 2005. Earlier it was a Part of S.K. College, Sikar.

       The state government has allotted 5 Hectares land at Dasa Ki Dhani, Jhunjhunu bye-pass, and after the construction of building College running in new building from 26 November 2014.

        Govt. Law College, Sikar has a rich Library in which there are around 13,000 books and subscribing Journals like AIR, SCC, RLW, RLT, Practical Lawyer, Nyayadeep on regular basis.

        The academic result of our College remains good as compared to other Colleges affliated to Universities of Rajasthan State. Many Students of this College have been selected for Higher Education Services, Administrative Services, Judicial Services and other legal services.

       When you step into Govt. P.G. Law College, Sikar you become a part of an Institution which believes that 'Education without Legal Education is of no use'. Since, the lawyers, judicial officers or persons having legal knowledge have the power to transform Society with their knowledge, skills and sense of purpose, Hence our institution helps in building and nurturing those ideals and values which enable you to play a positive role in creating a better Society and positive environment. I hope that the new students entering this year will achieve the above high ideals and will protect these high value and traditions and achieve the perfection in Law.
