Rajesh Pilot Government Polytechnic College, Dausa

The Rajasthan state government announced the establishment of 10 new polytechnic colleges under the centrally sponsored scheme (CSS) for the gradual expansion of Technical Education and Industrial growth in Rajasthan. One amongst them was Rajesh Pilot  Government Polytechnic College, Dausa which initially started in the premises of Government Ramchandra Khaitan polytechnic college, Jaipur in 2011. Government Polytechnic College, Dausa was shifted to its present premises in September 2013.

It was started with total intake capacity of 60 students in the following Diploma Engineering Discipline i.e.  20 seats in Computer Science Engg. and 40 seats in Electronics & Communication Engg.

Presently institute is running a three year Diploma Program in seven core branches with following intake- Electronics Engineering (30), Computer Science & Engineering (30), Electrical engineering (60), Civil Engineering (60), Mechanical engineering (60), Mechatronics Engineering (30) and Cyber forensics and InformationSecurity(30), Fastion and Apprel Design(30).
