The structure of Modern Business is quite complicated. In the corporate business world office has come to occupy the central and an important place in every organization. Modern Office Management refers to those jobs which are necessary to keep the office running smoothly and delivered the products or service in time. For efficient administration of a Modern Office with the help of the most modern techniques, services of trained executive secretaries, secretaries, personal assistant and office assistant are in great demand.
Duration of the diploma in Modern Office Management is three year. During this course student are evaluated on the basis of practical examination as well as theoretical examination held every year. The course generally focuses on Office Management, Business Communication, Business Organization and Human Relation, Secretarial Practice, Shorthand in Hindi & English both, Typewriting, Communication skill, General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Grooming and Personality Development , Taxation and Basic Knowledge of various types of Accounting, Front Office and Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Also by the training in the industry and project work students groomized.
