Purpose of GRC

The Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) is a dedicated body aimed at addressing and resolving complaints and grievances within an organization or institution. It serves as a platform for stakeholders to voice their concerns in a structured, confidential, and fair manner.

Objectives

  1. To ensure a responsive and effective mechanism for resolving grievances.
  2. To promote a harmonious environment by addressing conflicts promptly.
  3. To uphold transparency and accountability in grievance resolution processes.
  4. To protect the rights and dignity of all stakeholders involved.
