INTRODUCTION

The Government College, Bhim was inaugurated on 6th June 2007 and provide arts education at graduate level . The science stream is added in july 2020 hence the college provide science education at the graduate and post graduate level. Master in Chemistry is started in 2023. All courses is affiliated to the Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. The first step to education here was taken in 1836 with opening up of a Primary School.  After independence a middle school was started. In 1972 a Senior Secondary School was established. It was after a huge gap of many decades that this college was established.

      Thus this institution fulfils the aspirations of millions living in this hilly, backward area. This college and thereby the staff has tried to live up to their expectations by imparting and maintaining high standard of teaching. This has already started giving positive results as seen by a large number of students registering for admission, examination and getting decent jobs after passing. The college had started initially with a few students and now it has Eight hundread students as a regular and this college is examination centre of three thousand NC (non-collegiate) students. This college along with freshly opened girls college best serving the area for providing higher education. This college also provide Co-curricular activity like NSS which promoting social service among the youth. This college have well furnished, air cooled library with five thousand books of various subject. The classroom consists of a digital board and smart classroom with interactive board and podium with loud speaker facility. The college have seminar hall with modern facility from where student can participated in various function in present their thoughts with another student. A well developed computer lab with eighteen fully functional computer. Science stream have well equipped laboratories of Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology & Maths.

 Now this college will be recognized as a centre of learning and excellence.
