Government Girls College, Sikandra (Dausa)

HISTORY

"The hand that moves the cradle, rules the world", with this motto of promoting girls' education in the rural area of Sikandra, situated about 30 kilometers from Dausa , the establishment of Government Girls College was announced by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan Mr. Ashok Gehlot in September 2019. Initially, 116 girl students were admitted in the academic session 2019-20. while during this session, 326 students applied for admission to B.A. Part-I and 200 students finally got admitted.

The college has set up various committees as per the guidelines received from the Commissionerate, College Education, and State Government.
