Introduction
College Grievances Redressal Policy
Objective
The objective of the grievance redressal mechanism is to provide a fair and transparent process for addressing grievances in a timely and effective manner.
Scope
This mechanism is applicable to all students, faculty, and staff of Government PG College Baran.
Grievance Redressal Committee
The Grievance Redressal Committee consists of the following members:

Procedure
1. Submit a written grievance to the Grievance Redressal Committee or email to mail to: grievancesredressalgcbaran@gmail.com
2. The grievance will be acknowledged within 3 working days
3. The Grievance Redressal Committee will review and investigate the grievance
4. The committee will provide a written response to the grievance within 10 working days
5. If the grievance is not resolved, the matter can be appealed to the Principal within 5 working days
Complaint Box
Additionally, our college has a complaint box located at porch of the college where you can submit your grievances anonymously. The complaint box is opened and reviewed by the Grievance Redressal Committee on a weekly basis.
Types of Grievances
- Academic grievances (e.g. grades, attendance, etc.)
- Non-academic grievances (e.g. harassment, discrimination, etc.)
- Other grievances (e.g. infrastructure, facilities, etc.)
