Institutional Strength

⮚ The Institute has a lot of potential for teaching and learning.

⮚ Student centric educational environment and participatory learning fieldwork

⮚ Highly qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty recruited by RPSC, as per UGC norms. ⮚ Project and activity based pedagogical techniques

⮚ Representation of faculty members in MDS University's Academic Council and Board of Studies

⮚ Green campus with environmentally friendly infrastructure to support the academic endeavours of about 1400 students, many of whom come from rural backgrounds.

⮚ To encourage active participation and instill a value system in the students and competent faculty consistently accompany them mentoring and counselling sessions.

 ⮚ Institutional practises that reflect the "Decentralisation and Participatory Management Policy.

⮚ Involvement of faculty in various committees that carry out activities related to students and the institute. ⮚ continuous CCTV monitoring of the campus area.

4. Govt. College, Kadera and

 5. Govt. Agriculture College, Kekri

⮚ Faculty transfers and deputations to other institutions on a regular basis. ⮚ Technological slackness in conversion to smart classrooms of all classrooms in accordance with the diverse faculty, students, and programmes.

⮚ Lack of sufficient technical support personnel.

⮚ Lack of Financial Resources

⮚ There is a lack of well equipped and automated library in the college.

Institutional Opportunity

⮚ The largest college in Kekri offers an affordable education, serving as a vehicle for educational inclusion and empowerment for a formerly underprivileged group in society.

 ⮚ The organization offers a chance to develop educational aptitude and expose the students to skill-development exercises, free online resources, and current content that is available via links and various channels. College information is distributed to students through whats-app groups and notice boards.
