Code of Conduct
General Overview
The code of conduct is communicated to all students during admission, the Orientation Program, and throughout their academic sessions. The Principal, along with teaching and non-teaching staff, monitors adherence to this code. Issues are addressed individually by the Principal and the College Council. To date, no serious violations have been reported.
Code of Conduct for Teaching Staff
- Punctuality: Teachers must report to college on time.
- Respect: They should be respectful towards colleagues and staff.
- Leave Rules: Teachers must adhere to the college's leave-taking procedures.
- Duty Performance: They should diligently perform their duties.
- Harassment: Teachers must not engage in any form of harassment.
- Student Welfare: They should ensure the well-being and overall development of students with a caring approach.
Code of Conduct for Non-Teaching Staff
- Punctuality: Non-teaching staff must report to college on time.
- Duty Performance: They should diligently perform their duties.
- Attendance & Discipline: Staff must follow regulations regarding attendance and discipline, reporting late arrivals or early departures to the Principal in advance.
- Respect: They should be respectful towards colleagues and staff.
- Harassment: Non-teaching staff must not engage in any form of harassment.
- Leave Rules: They must adhere to the college's leave-taking procedures.
