Code of Conduct for Teaching Staff
Teaching is a noble profession, and teachers are expected to uphold the honor and dignity of the profession.
Teachers must adhere to the 'Government Rules & Policies' as outlined in the Rajasthan Service Rules.
Provide quality education to students.
Be impartial, friendly, and supportive; act as good counselors and facilitators for students.
Exhibit devotion and honesty toward their duties, prioritizing the best interests of the college.
Observe scheduled working hours and focus on student mentoring during work hours.
Seek prior permission for leave requests.
Code of Conduct for Non-Teaching Staff
Report to duty on time and remain present during college hours.
Strictly follow rules and regulations under the Rajasthan Service Rules, exercising self-discipline, honesty, and integrity.
Maintain confidentiality of official documents and avoid forging or altering them.
Obtain prior permission before availing of leave.
Respect and maintain the hierarchy in administration.

Maintain discipline; violations will result in disciplinary action.
Be polite, respectful, and well-mannered.
Exhibit healthy and decent relationships among peers.
Handle college property, such as furniture and plants, with care.
Utilize free time in the library or participate in extracurricular activities.
Always carry the college ID card when on campus.
Avoid ragging; it is considered a serious offense.
Stay away from anti-social activities.
Keep the campus clean and refrain from scribbling on walls and blackboards.
Consumption of tobacco, drugs, or similar substances is strictly prohibited.
Avoid malpractices during examinations; they are considered serious offenses.
Refrain from reckless driving or "zooming" on vehicles.
The college aims to inculcate moral values and produce well-rounded, educated citizens.
