स्नातक कक्षाएँ :-
प्रथम वर्ष कला :-
प्रथम वर्ष कला में प्रवेश लेने वाले विधार्थियों को विश्वविधालय के अनुसार निम्नांकित छ: समूहों में से, केवल एक ही विषय का चयन करते हुए तीन विषय वैकलिपक विषयों के रूप में लेने होंगे।
1. अर्थशास्त्र, संस्कृत, संगीत
2. भूगोल, दर्शनशास्त्र
3. राजनीति विज्ञान, उर्दू, चित्रकला
4. इतिहास, वन संसाधन एवं उनके उपयोग (F.R.U.)
5. हिन्दी
6. समाजशास्त्र, अंग्रेजी
7. गृह-विज्ञान
कोई भी विधार्थी प्रायोगिक परीक्षा वाले विषय संगीत, भूगोल, चित्रकला, वन संसाधन एवं उनके उपयोग, एवं गृहविज्ञान में से दो से अधिक विषय नहीं ले सकेगा। इसी प्रकार दो से अधिक साहित्य संस्कृत, उर्दू, हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी वैकलिपक विषयो के रूप में नहीं ले सकेगा।
प्रथम वर्ष वाणिज्य :-
प्रथम वर्ष वाणिज्य में प्रवेश लेने वाले विधार्थियों को ऐचिछक विषय निम्नानुसार लेने होंगे।
1. लेखा सांखियकी
2. व्यावसायिक प्रशासन
3. बैकिंग एवं व्यावसायिक अर्थशास्त्र
प्रथम वर्ष विज्ञान :-
प्रथम वर्ष विज्ञान में प्रवेश लेने वाले विधार्थियों को निम्नांकित में से किसी एक समूह के अनुसार ऐचिछक विषय लेने होंगे।
1. गणित, भौतिक शास्त्र, रसायन शास्त्र
2. रसायन शास्त्र, वनस्पति शास्त्र, प्राणिशास्त्र
3. वन संसाधन एवं उनके उपयोग, वनस्पति शास्त्र, प्राणिशास्त्र
4. कृषि
विशेष :- विधार्थियों ने जो ऐचिछक विषय प्रथम वर्ष में लिए हैं, उन्हें द्वितीय एवं तृतीय वर्ष में भी वे ही विषय लेने होंगे।
स्नातकोत्तर कक्षाएँ :- (कुल 15 विषय)
इस महाविधालय में निम्नांकित विषयों में स्नातकोत्तर कक्षाएँ संचालित हैं।
स्नातकोत्तर (पूर्वाद्र्ध) कक्षा में प्रवेश की अधिकतम संख्या विषय के आगे अंकित है -

Graduation classes: -
First Year Arts (B.A. First Year) : -
Students seeking admission in Arts in the first year will be required to take three subjects as optional subjects, choosing only one subject, out of the following seven groups according to the University.
1. Economics, Sanskrit, Music
2. Geography, Philosophy
3. Political Science, Urdu, Painting
4. History, Forest Resources and their Uses (F.R.U.)
5. Hindi
6. Sociology, English
7. Home Science
Note : No student will be able to take more than two subjects in the practical examination, music, geography, painting, forest resources and their uses, and home science. Similarly, Sanskrit, Urdu, Hindi and English will not be able to be used as optional subjects.
First Year Commerce (B.Com. First Year) : -
Students taking admission in commerce in the first year will have to take the desired subjects as follows.
1. Accounting Statistics
2. Business Administration
3. Banking and Business Economics
First Year Science (B.Sc. First Year) : -
Students seeking admission in science in the first year will have to take the desired subjects according to one of the following groups.
1. Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
2. Chemistry, Botany, Zoology
3. Forest resources and their Utilisation (F.R.U.), Botany, Zoology
First Year Science Agriculture (B.Sc. Ag. Honours) : -
1. Agriculture
Special: - The subjects which the students have taken in the first year, they will have to take the same subjects in the second and third year also.
