- Being an affiliated college of MDS University, GGCA adheres to the guidelines and mandated structure of Courses offered with regards to Syllabi/Curriculum and examination pattern.
- The Academics In-Charge oversees the implementation of curricular aspects through planning by Time-Table and Workload Committee.
- The faculty is allowed academic flexibility to use tools for innovative and effective teaching-learning pedagogy.
- Internal assessment is done by means of discussions, presentations, quizzes, assignments and class tests.
- GGCA strictly adheres to the Academic Calendar in admission process, teaching days, timetable, class hours– lectures, three monthly tests and practical, examination and evaluation schedule. In addition, GGCA incorporates its own academic, co-curricular activities, like NCC/NSS, sports and cultural activities and skill development and outreach programme schedule in the College Calendar.
- ·The active association of the faculty members with several literary, subject associations, fine arts, music and cultural societies and their active participation in the activities of these societies enhance the teaching-learning atmosphere in the college.

- 19 subjects in 3 UG Courses - B.A (Drawing and Painting, Economics, English, Geography, Hindi, History, Home Science, Music, Political Science, Sanskrit, Sociology,), B.Com (ABST, Bus. Ad, EAFM) B.Sc. (Botany, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics and Zoology,)
- Post-Graduation and PhD in 7 subjects.
- Faculty members of the college are involved as conveners/members of Board Of Studies(BOS) and Academic Council. They contribute to curriculum enrichment, strengthening the syllabi and academics. The members of the BOS decide upon the syllabus, methods of evaluation, panel of examiners and any changes in tandem with the changing requirements of the discipline. Their suggestions are often incorporated during the revisions and modifications of syllabi and examination system of the affiliating university.
- A few of the faculty members are associated with RPSC, Ajmer, and other recruiting and examination conducting agencies of the state as subject experts, to contribute to confidential work for the placement.
- Periodic self assessment is conducted by IQAC and feedback is collected from various stakeholders. Concrete suggestions are invited and appropriate measures are undertaken.
