Code of Conduct( Achar Sanahita)
To be disciplined in the life of the learner, it is necessary to be disciplined. This adds to the pride of his life and organization. Many dutiful principals and dignified teachers have maintained the unbroken reputation of this college with tireless efforts. As a result of which many special persons were upgraded. It is expected from you that you should not do such work at the individual and collective level, which will tarnish the bright reputation of the organization.
Therefore, every student will faithfully follow the following points in practice:-
- Behave with mutual courtesy and respect.
- Maintain peace and discipline in the class.
- Take special care of the maintenance of chairs and tables. Do not take furniture out of rooms. Remember any wear and tear is a wear and tear of your own property.
- Calling a student out of the classroom during lecture hours or entering or leaving the classroom without permission is a violation of the Code of Conduct.
- Don't make noise by gathering in your free time. Make good use of your free time by reading magazines in the library.
- Participate enthusiastically in seminars in college and play the role of a good listener
- Entry is prohibited in the Principal's room or office without permission. Stand peacefully in the office while depositing fees etc. Stealing books from the library, keeping them here and there, tearing pages, or keeping them in the wrong place for your selfish motives is condemnable and indecent.
- Do not make the walls of the college dirty by writing advertisements and slogans.
- Consumption of intoxicants, tobacco-containing substances, and ragging in the college is a punishable offense.
- Treat teachers and college staff with courtesy.
- Attend your scheduled classes regularly and on time.
Necessary Information
- Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, students must wear masks and follow social distancing to protect themselves.
- If any changes are made then rules by the new order of the State Government / Commissionerate / University will be valid.
- Immediately after taking admission, get the identity card from the academic branch and always bring the identity card with you to the college.
- Documents should be submitted in the college only after keeping the copy of the original certificates. No copy will be provided from the admission application form later.
- Keep the receipt of the fee deposited after taking admission in the college with you. It is required in many places like getting identity card, library card, getting name included in class attendance register etc.
- Ragging is a completely banned and punishable offense in the college campus.
- Identity card is completely non-transferable. If the identity card of a student is lost, there is a system to get a duplicate copy made. For this, an affidavit will have to be given on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 50 and it will have to be certified by a first-class magistrate or Notary Public.
- It will be mandatory for every student to return books, sports, and other items at the end of the term and take a no-due certificate from the concerned departments.
- In case of breach of discipline in the college by any student, action will be taken against him under University Ordinance 88.
- Special warnings:
- (a)According to the Rajasthan Public Examination Unfair Means Prevention Act, 1992, any person involved in the university examination, abetment of adopting unfair means, intimidating, attacking, stopping, attempting or giving any kind of cooperation to any person related to the examination duty. Under Section 6 and 7 of the Act, there is a provision for imprisonment of up to 3 years or a fine of Rs 2000 or both
- (b)The offender of copying shall be handed over to the police from the examination centre itself, which will be indecent to himself and his family. So avoid this immoral act.
Special Information Regarding Compulsory Attendance:
- It is mandatory for every student to have 75% attendance in each subject as per university rules. Theory and practical classes will be treated as separate subjects.
- It will be the responsibility of the student himself that at the end of every month he keeps getting information about his attendance from the concerned professor.
- A student who has officially participated in tournaments or any competition will get exemption in attendance for only as many days as he has been in the competition.
- At the end of each session the list of students with less than the minimum attendance shall be displayed on the notice board. The student has to get this information at his own level.
- Students with less attendance will not be allowed to appear in the examination and action will be taken against such students as per University rules.
