In pursuance of Action Plan of NAAC & UGC for performance evaluation, assessment, accreditation & quality up-gradation of institution, SNKP Govt. College Neemkathana has established an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) as a quality sustenance measure. Since quality enhancement is a continuous process, the IQAC is an integral part of our institution’s system & work towards realisation of the goals of quality enhancement & sustenance.

It helps the Head of the institution to develop, coordinate, and monitor the various activities. The different reports such as departmental annual reports, performance appraisal reports, self-appraisal reports, college annual reports, directives from the government, feedback from alumni, students, parents, and faculties, etc. become the basis for developing, deploying, and reviewing the institution’s quality policy by the Principal and IQAC. The prime task of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent & catalytic improvement in the overall performance of the college.
